As I wait for the Zoning Board to give me the date of my appeal, a bit of progress to report. Yesterday we pulled permits to begin our part of the site renovation. After demolition of the existing floor, walls, and ceiling, I’ll take some pictures to post as a “before” to the eventual “after”. As soon as I have a floor to stand on (literally), I’ll start to make 488 Centre Street my home away from home and start meeting with salesmen. These just arrived:

So it’s official, I guess. Oh, and I decided it would be fun to make a rubber stamp with the logo on it for various reasons:

I was right!

So, little by little, we are making progress. Streetcar is not opening in March, but it is opening. Eventually. I promise. Stay tuned.
