This wine is made with the same grapes and blend as Pielihueso Naranjo, but without the skin contact. Of the siblings, this one as more presence of acidity and its varietal characteristics, and is lighter in body and color. The wine ferments in stainless steel and ages in a concrete egg, where it undergoes some lees action. A very small amount of S02 was added at bottling to control the volatile acidity, and the wine is not filtered.
