The Riesling Sekt Brut Nature was made from grapes harvested in the Niedermenniger Herrenberg harvested in 2023 and underwent its secondary fermentation in bottle for 18 months before being disgorged in May 2026 (disgorgement date not provided on the label). This wine offers a gorgeous nose made of citrus fruit, pear, chalk, chamomile, and smoke.
