"La Voie de Chanay" is an old Pinot Noir vine (planted in 1972) with an ideal southern exposure, in the heart of the highest terroir of the village. The grapes are vinified in the Champagne tradition and the “natural” spirit of our estate: maceration for 7 days in whole clusters, aging on fine lees for 12 months.
